We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our food operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and hygienic management of retail/convenience and fast food outlets.

Key Responsibilities
* To manage commercial activities and drive sales and profitability at site level.
* To develop a system and culture of forecasting likely peak demand periods and times, which will increase motorway traffic.
* To implement marketing strategies within the site in line with support office guidelines.
* To monitor costs and ensure budgets are adhered to.
Customer Service: To deal effectively with customer issues and create a culture of positive customer interaction with colleagues.
HR: To develop a strong management structure and work closely with key management and supervisory staff on site. Responsible for training staff in line with HR policies and procedures.
General: To ensure general upkeep and appearance of the site. Responsible for health and safety on site and legal compliance for both staff and site.
