Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Technical Specialist based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing efficient support to customers, performing troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes collaborating with team members to address technical challenges and improve systems or processes where necessary.
