About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced purchasing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and procurement, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration).
* Proven experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and proficiency in ERP systems.
