Job Overview
Rhythm of the Business Specialists play a pivotal role in driving key priorities for the Revenue Operations organization. This high-impact position sits at the heart of the Go To Market Business Operations team, managing the Operating Model for the Sales Organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain SharePoints, Teams channels, organizational calendars, and data repositories to ensure seamless operations
· Develop and deliver a monthly sales newsletter with SMEs to engage stakeholders
· Enhance the sales forecast tool roadmap to optimize performance
· Proactively manage Quarterly Business Review action items to drive closure during the quarter
· Maintain the team directory to ensure compliance with personnel changes
· Support ad hoc projects that align with GTM Business operations goals
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
· Self-starter with high motivation to exceed expectations
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint, with Tableau experience being an asset
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
