Job Objectives
The Role of a Maintenance Administrator is to provide support to the Maintenance department. This role is part time Thursday & Friday's in our Naas office.
The role will include the following on a day-to-day basis
* Undertake general administration duties including data inputting/exporting, filing, scanning, photocopying and any other administrative duties that may be required.
* Maintenance call handling relating to any queries that may arise from any of the centres or any queries that may arise from our staff or suppliers.
* Record and monitor the department budget.
* Generate reports for the Maintenance Manager.
* Receiving invoices via email, inputting information onto database, file invoices in appropriate folders via sharepoint, processing invoices to ensure information is on the invoices so that they can be signed off and sent to accounts payable for payment runs.
Skills Requirement
Knowledge
* Working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint.
Experience
* 2 Years' previous experience in a similar role.
Skills
* Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with team members, management, external contractors, and any other key business relationships.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team.
