About The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive (mid‑market and enterprise sales) to win new logos in Ireland and make a visible impact fast. This is a high‑energy, mid‑to‑senior role for a true hunter—someone who loves opening doors, leading bold C‑level conversations, and closing high‑value deals that move the market. What You’ll Do
New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across Ireland, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba’s market presence.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Irish market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date forecasting and reporting.
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba’s solutions effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Kyriba’s offerings.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and contractual agreements to close deals that align with Kyriba’s business objectives and deliver value to clients.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in Ireland.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
Strong understanding of financial solutions and the ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
