Production Operator Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of production operations in compliance with standard medical device operating procedures in a good manufacturing practice environment.
The successful candidate will work a 3-cycle shift pattern (days, evenings, nights) and will be required to meet the following responsibilities:
* Meet production outputs in terms of quality and quantity, ensuring customer expectations are met.
* Follow written instructions in full while performing all tasks.
* Adhere fully to health and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
* Complete all required documentation accurately, clearly and completely in line with specific procedures and GMP & GDP standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a flexibility to work shift patterns and support overtime requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a medical device company is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail is essential.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability and experience working shift hours is an advantage.
