o Formulate and manage budgets for all contracts under your control to ensure effective cost control and financial objectives are met.
o Promote and deliver the aims of the Company by meeting or exceeding quality levels and customer support objectives.
o Establish and manage quality measures and procedures in conjunction with the Company to enable two-way communication and achieve continuous improvement.
o Develop and deliver Service Level Agreements for each client and sub-contractor contract under your control.

Benefits
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working in a regulated environment, including two years in a management role. Financial and budgetary experience above €1 million is also required.
