Hays Recruitment is working with a leading Property Management Service Provider seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. The company has an outstanding reputation in the Irish Property sector and recently acquired a new portfolio. Based in Dublin City Centre, they are committed to providing excellent service to stakeholders and tenants.
Your new role
Management of a portfolio of residential developments includes:
* Overseeing and managing the administration of all developments.
* Responding to client queries via post, fax, phone, and email; reviewing correspondence; approving drafts; ensuring timely responses.
* Managing credit control issues of OMCs.
* Liaising with Operations Department regarding work required on developments, including tendering processes.
* Collaborating with the Accounts department on audited accounts from draft to final versions.
* Working with the Senior Office Administrator on insurance policies and claims.
* Completing requests for Requisitions 37, membership certificates, and letters of indemnity.
* Preparing reports for clients and senior management.
* Attending AGMs and other meetings outside of regular hours.
* Monitoring SLA’s for Management Companies.
* Conducting site visits as per SLA requirements and maintaining full site knowledge.
* Overseeing project implementation with the Project Manager to ensure successful completion.
* Preparing budgets and overseeing expenditure.
* Scheduling work, setting priorities, and directing support staff.
* Ensuring work is completed on schedule with high quality.
* Representing the company to the Board of Directors/Developers.
* Interpreting work area goals and making recommendations for improvements.
* Addressing issues affecting OMC performance and implementing corrective programs.
What you'll need to succeed
* Possess a PSRA licence or eligibility confirmation.
* Degree qualification with management experience in a recognized property organization.
* Minimum of 3 years’ management experience, including office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Proven leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
