Job Title: Tech Operations Co-ordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Operations Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT hardware deployment and application support, with a strong understanding of service management systems.
About the Role:
The Tech Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating the rollout of cEMV contactless payments solution to Local Link services nationwide, working with the solution provider and Local Link TCU (Transport Coordinators Units) to deploy, manage, and maintain the solution with multiple transport operators.
Responsibilities:
* Manage release schedule for TCUs regarding the cEMV project.
* Manage day-to-day operational support for the existing ticketing solution as needed.
* Work directly with Operations Support Engineers to coordinate the deployment of the cEMV solution.
* Manage device repair/replacement process for TCU and transport operators.
* Deliver training and support to bus drivers and operational staff, in-person or remotely as required.
* Represent interests in other organisation forums and project initiatives.
* Collaborate with other teams, managed service providers, contractors, and subject matter experts (SMEs) on incident/request ticket resolution and task delivery.
* Develop and manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Keep management and stakeholders updated on the status of services and related projects through regular status reports and SLA/KPI reports.
* Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base articles.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of an NFQ degree level qualification in a business or engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in IT hardware deployment and application support.
* Experience managing, monitoring, and meeting SLAs and KPIs.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver training and support to a varied audience.
