Site Supervisor – Civil Infrastructure – Dublin Airport
A well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on ongoing civil infrastructure projects at Dublin Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil works site supervision to lead teams and deliver high-quality construction programmes. Experience in aviation projects is a plus, but civil infrastructure expertise is essential.

The successful candidate will be on-site full-time, coordinating daily works, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and supporting project delivery to schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day on-site civil construction activities at Dublin Airport
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and report to senior management
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and company standards
* Mentor and support junior site staff and maintain accurate site records
* Contribute to planning, site logistics, and problem-solving on complex civil projects
Requirements:
* Minimum 5–6 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on civil projects
* Strong civil construction background; aviation project experience is desirable
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
* Thorough knowledge of health & safety standards and site compliance requirements
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* Available to start immediately or on short notice
Salary & Benefits:
€65,000 – €75,000 per year (depending on experience)
