O'Brien's seeks a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead one of its stores. The key leader will drive store performance, manage daily operations, and align with company objectives to maintain high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, create a business plan, and engage with customers to drive growth.
* Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock ordering, maintain stock availability, and proactively address stock issues.
* Cost Control: Manage overhead costs, including wages, uniforms, and training, to ensure efficient operations.
* Store Standards: Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring products are correctly priced and well-stocked.
* Staff Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance, positive presentation, and adherence to policies.
* Customer Care: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional service through your team.
