We are Hiring: Professional Services PharmacistThe Irish Pharmacy Union is recruiting a Professional Services Pharmacist to join our Professional Services team.This is a fantastic opportunity to support pharmacists nationwide and shape the ongoing development of community pharmacy services.What we are looking for: Registered pharmacist (Ireland) Strong community pharmacy experience Excellent understanding of legislation, regulation and professional services Motivated, collaborative and committed to advancing practiceIf you are passionate about strengthening community pharmacy and contributing to national service development, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:You will be working as part of the professional services team with a broad remit and a wide range of responsibilities which are key to delivering on the IPU's agenda, including:Researching, scoping, planning and delivery of pharmacy service opportunities linked to the Community Pharmacy Agreement 2025;Supporting IPU members with professional queries and in complying with pharmacy and medicines regulations;Supporting IPU members with Fitness to Practice complaints and related matters;Providing relevant information and professional advice to IPU members;Fostering relationships with important external stakeholders; andAny other duties as may reasonably be required.Particulars of the postThe appointee to the post will report to the Head of Professional Services.
