A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical projects across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of mechanical contracts.
Coordinate and manage mechanical operatives to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Manage multiple projects concurrently across various sectors.
Work closely with project managers and operational teams to maintain exceptional service delivery.
Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements for mechanical works.
Attend client, design, and site meetings to monitor project progress and resolve issues effectively.
Manage project schedules, labour allocation, and budgets.
Ensure all health & safety and statutory compliance requirements are fully adhered to.
Monitor contract performance to ensure profitability and successful project outcomes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Mechanical Contracts Manager role.
Strong mechanical background within the construction industry with a solid understanding of mechanical building services.
Proven experience in financial and cost management.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining operational systems and service standards.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
