Our client is a leading global asset manager across multiple asset classes, seeking a finance professional with experience in Irish UCITS.
They will be responsible for monitoring and supervising finance and regulatory capital, as well as funds' third-party distribution partners. This includes ensuring compliance with CBI regulatory requirements and maintaining the minimum capital requirement.
Key responsibilities include coordinating client transition events, monitoring fund shareholder activity, and ensuring record-keeping is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, they will launch new funds and share classes, provide support for UCITS fund business, and assist with the global distribution of funds.
Reporting to Senior Manager, London, and CEO, Dublin, the ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting or finance background, with experience in designated persons or PCF functions being desirable. They must also be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and possess prior experience in managing key distribution relationships.
Required Skills:
* Accounting/Fund administration/Finance background
* Designated Persons or PCF function experience useful
* Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and capable of working without close supervision
* Prior experience in managing key distribution relationships essential
* Demonstrable cross-border regulatory knowledge with a global focus
* Prior experience in managing outsourced service provider relationships highly advantageous
