Structural Engineer Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong background in structural engineering.
* Design and analysis of steel, concrete, masonry, timber structures to meet relevant codes and standards.
* Foundation design and geotechnical analysis.
* Utilize engineering software such as Statica, Axis VM FEM Modelling, Tekla Tedds for analysis and design.
* Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, scopes of work, and technical reports.
* Liaise with designers to prepare CAD drawings using Revit, AutoCAD.
* Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of detailed design work for senior engineers.
* Undertake project delivery tasks, including calculations, drawings, sketches, and reports.
* Work closely with CAD/Revit technicians for production of project drawings.
* Lead design meetings, site inspections, and guide junior engineers.
* Maintain client contact and ensure project delivery meets client objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess:
* Minimum MEng (Hons) University Degree in Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a competitive working environment.
* Able to achieve IStructE chartered status within 5 years.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
