About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Ad Sales Representative to join Accenture's Digital Inside Sales team.
In this role, you'll support advertisers across leading digital platforms—Search, Display, Product Listing, and Sponsored Ads—helping them achieve measurable growth through strategic campaign management and consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising accounts
Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and recommend optimizations
Provide strategic guidance to advertisers on targeting, bidding, and creative strategy
Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
Handle inbound inquiries and proactively engage clients through outbound outreach
Collaborate on campaign setup and creative development
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver performance reports
Share client feedback to improve platform tools and processes
Basic Qualifications
Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent)
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, account management, marketing, or consulting
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)
Proven success in client growth, retention, and revenue generation
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Post-secondary degree, preferably in marketing or business
C1-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
C1-level in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish
Work Model
This is a hybrid role requiring up to 50% in-office presence.
Candidates must reside within designated geographic boundaries.
