Key Responsibilities: Oversee the efficient flow of customs processes, ensuring timely clearance.Accurately input data into the operational system, maintaining high levels of precision.Manage and monitor custom files, providing regular updates and reports.Ensure the timely and accurate billing for clients.Master the import and export customs procedures to meet customer expectations.Transfer declaration information from documents into the customs entry system.Verify and submit customs declaration information to authorities.Ensure full compliance with customs regulations at all times.Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in import customs clearance within a forwarding environmentStrong knowledge of customs brokerage processes, regulations, and classification, valuation, and origin procedures.Familiarity with documentation processes for ocean, air, and road shipments.Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, organised approach to work.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.Fluent in English and eligible to work full-time and permanently onsite without visa restrictions.For a confidential discussion on this or any other current opportunity please contact Nicola Murphy IAC-Jul25
