Orange Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor. This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the full cost lifecycle of multiple high-value projects-from initial tender through to final account-within a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead cost planning, estimation, and commercial management across multiple projects. Prepare tender and contract documentation, including detailed bills of quantities. Conduct feasibility studies and implement risk and value management strategies. Monitor progress and ensure cost control is maintained throughout project lifecycles. Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final account processes. Produce accurate reports, forecasts, and budget analyses. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations. Mentor junior QS staff and support their professional development. Requirements 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in fit-out or interiors. Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control and procurement best practices. Proficient in relevant software (e.g. Excel, Buildsoft, Cubit, or similar). Excellent negotiation, communication, and time-management skills. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics (or similar field). Skills: Budgeting Planning Costing
