Our client, a leading player in the aircraft leasing sector, is seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to join their Dublin office.
This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-border environment.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for a wide range of operational duties, including lease invoicing, compliance tracking, payment coordination, and liaison with lessees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing and collection of airline rent and maintenance reserves.
Coordinate the collection and renewal of insurance policies and letters of credit; calculate rental payments for new aircraft deliveries and purchase transactions; respond to daily inquiries from lessees.
Prepare for and participate in board meetings related to Irish platform transactions; record meeting minutes, resolutions, and maintain a summary tracking spreadsheet.
Support the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and review documentation for third-party servicing providers.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aircraft leasing or the broader financial services industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
