This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to shape sales performance, customer retention, and operational effectiveness across multiple markets.
AsManager, Commercial Excellence, you’ll partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and global teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, actionable insights, and strategic programs that make a real business impact.
This role would also be a great next step for anexperienced FP&A Analyst or Finance Business Partnerwho wants to move into a more commercially focused, cross-functional role.
What You’ll Do
* Support the design and execution of commercial strategies, sales models, and market segmentation
* Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive decision-making
* Manage quota-setting, sales incentive programs, and performance tracking
* Collaborate with global teams to align processes and share best practices
* Lead and contribute to strategic projects and change initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* 5–7 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, business strategy, FP&A, or similar
* Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
* A proactive, strategic mindset with strong project management skills
