About the Role
The State Claims Agency seeks a Senior Clinical Litigation Solicitor to join our team within the Clinical Litigation Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to manage a designated portfolio of complex clinical litigation files and/or inquest files, develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, provide advice on ancillary matters, and assist and support the head of clinical litigation as required.

The Unit and Team
The Clinical Litigation Unit is responsible for managing delegated claims and counterclaims in such manner as to ensure that the liabilities of the State authorities are contained at the lowest achievable level, and to implement targeted personal injury and property damage risk work programmes to mitigate litigation risk in State authorities and healthcare enterprises.
