Qualifications & Skills
* Educated to Minimum Degree Level.
* Experience in textiles supply chain and/or retail systems and/or E-commerce is a must.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including large IT integration projects.
* Proven track record in successfully delivering high-impact business process changes within budget and on time.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in leading effective workshops.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding communication abilities.
Responsibilities
* Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Work closely with internal and external teams to map out end-to-end processes and user journeys.
* Design and document new business procedures.
* Develop data flow diagrams and interface specifications.
* Review system solution documents in line with business requirements.
* Manage requirements traceability information and track status.
* Assist in tracking and specifying scope changes.
* Provide support during project phases.
* Facilitate Service Introduction and identify process improvements.
