* Collaborate with medical, nursing, administration, and external agencies to implement a patient-focused service-level improvement programme/quality management system within the healthcare directorate.
* Develop a culture of continuous staff learning and development in relation to clinical governance and quality within a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and assessing nursing teams, developing care pathways, and working with healthcare patient record systems. This position requires a strong background in nursing leadership, quality improvement, and project management.
