Job Title: Care House Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee our catering, cleaning, and housekeeping services within a unique female religious order setting. As a Care House Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 staff members across these departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver high standards of service and quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
* Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and operate within agreed financial levels.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire food cycle from preparation to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Compliance: Enforce statutory and company policies related to occupational health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar managerial role within the care sector. You should have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, solid understanding of budgeting and financial management, familiarity with compliance standards and health and safety regulations, and relevant qualifications and IT literacy.
