CAMO Compliance and Safety AnalystTo assist CAMO management in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational procedures. Implementing and developing CAMO SMS processes.liaises with the sub-contracted CAMO defects control and reliability engineer to ensure that all re-occurring defects that affect or could affect continuing airworthiness and reliability are identified and rectifiedMain Tasks:Analysis and root cause investigations of CAMO compliance findings and safety reports.Propose and initiate corrective and preventative actions to address CAMO compliance findings and safety reports.Liaison with contractors and subcontractors to address compliance findings and safety reports.Ensure CAMO hazard register is maintainedInitiate MOC's for CAMO related changes.Update and maintain CAMO processes and documentation to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide regular updates on compliance and safety performance to CAMO management.Advise the Technical Director of unfavourable safety and compliance trends.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
