Offer description

We are hiring an Administrative Support Executive for a client in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The role is within a small business supporting both owners with administrative and day-to-day office KPIs. Working hours are flexible with management happy to consider flexible hours and days to suit the right candidate. The company work within the construction industry within technical products, although experience within this industry is not essential it would also be beneficial.

The Role:

* Support management with administrative support on tenders and quotes.
* Follow up with customer orders and tenders.
* Process orders internally.
* Liaise with clients via phone and email.
* Be the point of contact for suppliers for orders.

The Benefits:

* per hour
* Flexible hours (minimum of 20hrs & maximum of 40hrs)
* Opportunity of 3 day working week.
