Lead Retail Store Manager
This role requires a commercially astute and people-focused leader to drive business performance in a fast-paced retail environment. As a high-volume fashion retail store manager, you will lead a diverse team of sales assistants, providing coaching, development, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and exceeded key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse store performance, stock levels, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise results.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand expectations.
• Support succession planning through structured team development, training, and regular performance reviews.
• Liaise with senior management to align the store's objectives with overall business goals.
Ideal Candidate:
• At least 5 years' experience in a flagship store management or area management role within fashion, lifestyle, or high-street retail.
• Demonstrated success managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business reports and respond with clear action plans.
• Skilled in managing change, influencing others, and driving a results-led culture.
• Approachable, confident, and hands-on leadership style.
