Job Overview:
The Procurement Strategy and Capabilities Lead will drive long-term category strategy development and performance management. This role is responsible for managing a team, developing digital roadmaps, and implementing process improvements.
* Manage the procurement strategy to optimize efficiency and end-user experience
* Develop and implement digital roadmaps for procurement processes and systems
* Lead initiatives to improve process skills and engagement within the procurement function
* Partner with stakeholders to drive harmonization, compliance, and efficiencies in source-to-pay processes
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive category strategy development and implementation
* Develop and manage procurement budgets
* Lead teams and influence others to achieve outstanding results
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience in driving and implementing tools/technology roadmaps for procurement organizations
* Preferred experience in managing source-to-contract platform tools and supplier lifecycle management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
