The Role
This is an
entry-level HR role
designed for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is
hungry to learn, highly organised, and comfortable working with data and processes
.
You will work closely with a senior HR leader and take ownership of the
day-to-day operational backbone of HR
, gaining broad exposure across people operations, systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This role is intentionally hands-on and will suit someone who wants to truly understand how HR works in practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the HR information system (HRIS), including employee records, contracts, changes, and documentation
* Coordinate recruitment logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation
* Generate employment contracts and support onboarding across multiple jurisdictions
* Support payroll and benefits administration across several countries, liaising with external providers
* Track and administer mandatory training and compliance requirements
* Support performance and objective-setting processes (templates, communications, tracking)
* Prepare monthly HR reports and management information, including:
* Headcount and organisational charts
* Attrition and absence data
* Cost and compensation snapshots
* Act as a reliable point of contact for HR operations queries, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
What We're Looking For
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Some prior work experience in an office environment (HR, operations, administration, payroll, or similar)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills;
high comfort with Excel and data

* Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable, someone who takes pride in getting things right
* Curious, resilient, and eager to learn how HR works in the real world
* Professional maturity and practical judgement; this role is not suited to someone seeking a purely "people-focused" HR profile
Compensation & Location
