About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead internal and external communications across Ireland, while contributing to broader communications initiatives within our UK Corporate Services division.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering a compelling internal comms strategy that reaches employees at all levels, driving Sodexo's visibility and brand reputation across Ireland, and serving as the communications lead during crisis events and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a comprehensive internal comms strategy to engage employees across the organisation.
* Drive business outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and organisational change communications.
* Collaborate with creative and social teams to develop engaging multimedia content that showcases Sodexo's brand and values.
* Build strong relationships with senior leadership, clients, media, and industry bodies to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably with internal/employee comms experience.
* Proven storytelling skills across digital and traditional platforms.
* Strong writing, content creation, and campaign management abilities.
* Familiarity with comms tools and platforms.
* Resilience, agility, and a collaborative spirit.
* A passion for brand, purpose, and engaging storytelling.
