Operational Excellence Specialist
This role supports the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement programs across the organization. It works closely with internal change agents and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that reduce operating costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service performance.
The specialist also supports the planning and execution of improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable business results. Some key responsibilities include executing continuous improvement initiatives, supporting excellence in day-to-day business management through daily management tools, partnering with functional leaders to develop strategic project portfolios, establishing a network of change agents for expertise and problem-solving, applying Lean concepts including training techniques,
influencing senior management on Lean methodologies, providing regular communication on projects status, leading education activities in partnership with other team members,
complying EHS policies maintaining awareness personal safety others.
For this position we require Bachelors degree preferably disciplines Sciences Engineering Operations Supply Chain Management Business Administration 13+ years job-related experience is preferred as well.,
