Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget goals are met
Scope new initiatives and secure capital approval
Manage commissioning, qualification, and validation activities
Coordinate with internal departments, specialist trades, and external suppliers
Drive cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, and performance reviews
Support deviation investigations and change management processes
Provide training and lead cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and site procedures
Travel to other sites and external partners as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in project engineering within regulated industries (pharma, biotech, food, etc.)
Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with project scheduling tools and cost tracking systems
