* Manage and supervise two residential services for young individuals.
* Ensure quality care is provided to service users while fostering a productive work environment.
* A relevant qualification in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, or an equivalent field is mandatory.
* A management certification in Health/Social Care or a commitment to obtaining one is necessary.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making informed decisions based on legislation, best practices, and individual circumstances.
* Evaluating situations and acting appropriately using analytical and problem-solving skills to meet service needs.
* Familiarity with HIQA regulations and standards, as well as all relevant legislation.
* Experience in strategic and local change management.
* Possession of a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
