CREGG Recruitment are working with our client, based in Ballybrit, Galway, in hiring full time/permanent Customer Support Representative – French Speaking.
Position Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for English and French speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support through various channels, including phone, email and chat.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding them through our products and services.
Responsibilities as Customer Support Representative
Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have.
Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Monday – Friday

€29,400 per year
Job requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
Minimum 1 year experience working with customers (either via phone or direct, in person)
Strong communication skills.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Contract Type
Full time (39 hours per week)
