Job Description

A key role within our service team, we are seeking a skilled receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

* Schedule vehicle service bookings by phone, email or walk-in.
* Determine workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work.



* Excellent front-line customer service skills & experience.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT skills preferably including ERP systems knowledge.

* Prior motor trade experience is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
