Role Expectations
Build rapport with customers, understand needs, recommend solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing overall performance.
Handle queries and issues efficiently ensuring each customer leaves satisfied.
Support daily administrative tasks, stock control, data entry, cash handling.
Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, store policies.
Keep informed of competitor offerings to provide competitive information.
Flexibility is essential – you will work evenings and weekends in line with store trading hours.
Required Skills
Confidence in engaging with a variety of customers and understanding their needs.
Clear, effective communication skills explaining products and services.
Positive, target‑driven mind‑set with passion for great service.
Interest in mobile phones, broadband and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in retail or sales desirable, but relevant life experience will also be considered.
A strong customer focus and proactive attitude key to success.
