Job Description:
The role of a technical expert involves providing high-quality support to customers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate service and support for a full range of products and services.
Key responsibilities include delivering timely support for customers, both directly and indirectly through a network of sales companies. On-site support in emergency cases, preparation and delivery of technical reports on project/job completion, and training of clients, employees, and apprentices are also crucial aspects of this role.
Liaising with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products, working with the sales department and global network of sales companies to promote and develop business opportunities are key components of this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in engineering or an applicable trade is essential.
* Working knowledge of MS Office suite of programs is necessary.
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are required.
* Experience in a similar technical support role is beneficial.
* Knowledge of PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD) is advantageous.
