Strategic Financial Director
This high-impact finance position enables you to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead group-wide financial compliance, reporting, and audit oversight
* Manage accounts across multiple international entities
* Oversee intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing policies
* Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
* Drive ERP improvements focused on financial controls and automation
* Lead a global finance team, ensuring operational efficiency
Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
* Strong experience in Group Financial Controller positions within multi-entity environments
* Background in software or technology finance preferred
* Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
* High attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to drive efficiencies

Work Arrangements:
