NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: JETP South Africa Transnet Decarbonisation Framework Loan and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Location: South Africa.
Duration: Q3 2026.
Non-Key Expert: Legal Expert(s) (assistance with loan, grant, exemptions)
Minimum Qualifications and skills:
University degree in Law, Economics or equivalent.
Proficiency in oral and written English language.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in legal advice to large transport infrastructure projects, of which at least 3 years should be preferably in Sub‑Saharan African countries.
Working experience in South Africa is an added advantage.
Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub‑Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI’s in the past 10 years.
