My client in the healthcare sector is looking to hire a Patient Experience/Complaints Officer for their facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
* This is a month to month rolling contract job!
* 9-5pm Mon-Fri
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
* Daily monitoring of new incoming patient complaints/compliments/feedback
* Managing compliments/dealing with telephone queries/typing acknowledgment letters/seeking responses
* Data entry - Inputting and updating CMS
* Taking minutes of meetings
* Assisting in the resolution of informal complaints
* Assisting in service user advocacy
* Providing information for service user feedback reports
* Monthly stats/KPIS
* Risk Register admin support to department managers
* Uploading /activation of documents
* Admin support to QRPS Managers and Patient Services Manager
What are we looking for?
* At least 2 years experience in a office-based customer service supervisory role - essential
* Experience dealing with complaints & resolutions
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – i.e. Word & Excel
* Must be computer/IT savvy with CRM systems experience
* Must be a team player
* Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
* Must be fluent in written & oral English
