Northern Trust offers a challenging role as a Global fund administrator where you will utilize your experience and background in operations to excel in cash functions within Private Equity and Real Estate.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure operational efficiency, taking ownership of responsibilities and achieving objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily cash flow requests from clients, including executing payments according to established controls and confirming payment details.
* Oversee vendor workflow, requesting independent verification, setting up vendors on payment platforms, and handling callbacks when necessary.
* Collaborate with clients to resolve cash discrepancies and manage FX transactions for clients.
* Communicate discrepancies to internal partners and assist in resolving issues, contributing to the development of a scalable, controlled, and transparent cash processing workflow.
* Drive improvement projects to streamline the AP process, effectively communicating project value to critical stakeholders.
