Role Description
This is a full-time, on the road for a Sales Manager covering Munster and/or Connacht.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential clients, maintaining and expanding the company's customer base, and providing exceptional service to existing customers. Duties include negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and staying informed about the latest products and services provided by Sleator Plant. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer-focused approach
* Knowledge of the construction, plant machinery, or equipment industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* Full driving license required
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
