This is an opportunity to support our operations by providing administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities


* Provide clerical and administrative support to staff and clients.
* Ensure efficient service delivery through accurate data management and entry.



Requirements:


* Previous experience in administration or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data entry software.
* Knowledge of payroll systems/packages.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professionalism when interacting with stakeholders.
* Analytical and numeracy skills.
* Capacity to make well-informed decisions.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.



Work Environment


Fast-paced office setting requiring flexibility and adaptability.



Benefits


Salary: €30,000 - €50,000 per annum.
