About the Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team in County Mayo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in high-volume recruitment who is eager to support fast-paced hiring needs across various industries. The role is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* • Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates across a wide range of roles and sectors
* • Manage job advertisements across multiple platforms and ensure visibility to attract quality candidates
* • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
* • Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone, video, or in-person interviews
* • Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, and offers with hiring managers or recruitment consultants
* • Support and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and compliance
* • Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience
* • Work closely with the internal team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
* • Assist in employer branding and talent attraction campaigns as needed
Ideal Candidate
* • Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (agency or in-house)
* • Familiar with sourcing tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate processes simultaneously
* • Strong communication and organisational skills
* • Team player with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
* • Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment CRMs
* • Enthusiastic, driven, and solutions-focused
