You will lead the development and implementation of business plans that adapt to changing regulatory requirements, ensuring effective management of our master trusts. This involves liaising with regulatory bodies, communicating with partners, and ensuring the Board is well-informed and empowered to make decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Liaising with the Pensions Authority and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations;

* Developing and implementing business plans that meet the needs of our members and beneficiaries;

* Communicating effectively with the Board, stakeholders, and employees to ensure seamless service delivery;

* Overseeing the financial and operational management of our trustee companies;

* Representing our organization at industry forums and conferences;

* Maintaining a deep understanding of pension regulations and industry developments to ensure we remain compliant and competitive.
