Key Responsibilities:
Lead the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements across multiple entities.
Oversee group reporting, including analysis, commentary, and presentation to senior management.
Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with group accounting standards.
Support statutory reporting and regulatory submissions for the group.
Liaise with external auditors and advisors to ensure timely completion of audits and tax filings.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance group reporting and controls.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights for the group.
Partner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial data.
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
At least 2 years post-qualification experience
3+ years' experience in a group accounting or consolidation role
Strong expertise in group reporting and IFRS/GAAP.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/reporting software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative and self-motivated approach, comfortable working with cross-border teams.
