La Crêperie Pierre Grise is a little slice of Paris tucked into the heart of Dalkey. We serve authentic French galettes (savoury crêpes), sweet crêpes, specialty coffee, wine, cider, and ice cream — all with a generous helping of charm and friendly service.
We're on the lookout for a Barista / Server / All-Rounder to join our team immediately. If you love good food & coffee, enjoy working with people, and can jump in quickly — we'd love to hear from you
What We're Looking For
* You must be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays — this is essential.
* Beyond that, we're flexible on hours and days — the role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the right fit.
* Coffee experience is required.
* A genuine love for hospitality and customer service.
* Friendly, team-focused attitude with a willingness to work with and help the team where needed.
* Reliability and clear communication — please include your full availability when applying.
What You'll Be Doing
* Making delicious coffee (latte art skills welcome)
* Taking orders and delivering warm, efficient service
* Keeping the café clean, tidy, and running smoothly
* Jumping in across all areas of service — we're a tight-knit team that supports each other
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Previous café or restaurant experience
* An interest in French food, culture, or language
