Quantity Surveyor - Electrical (Measured Term Contracts) We are hiring for our client, a well-established leader in building services, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Electrical to manage the commercial delivery of Measured Term Contracts (MTC) within their Electrical maintenance division. Based in Northern Ireland, you'll lead cost management across multiple Electrical maintenance frameworks, supporting public sector and facilities-based projects.
