The Team and Role:
As the EU Portfolio Manager for Logitech for Business (L4B), you will play a central role in managing the commercial execution of Logitech’s portfolio for the business market. This includes Video Collaboration (VC), Services, and Personal Workspace solutions (such as mice, keyboards, headsets, webcams, and productivity tools). Reporting to the Head of Portfolio - EU Logitech for Business, you will support internal processes, ensure efficient OCRM approval workflows, gather competitive intelligence, oversee reporting, and apply strong Excel skills to analyze data and improve decision-making. You will also drive sales activity planning, coordinate with country leads, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Managers across the region to ensure operational and commercial execution.
Your Contribution:
In this role, you will focus on operational excellence, commercial support, and data-driven decision-making.
Your key responsibilities include:
Portfolio and Process Management:
* Internal Processes: Oversee and improve critical internal processes for portfolio management, including workflows and approvals, while ensuring operational alignment across teams.
* OCRM Approvals: Manage the OCRM approval process, ensuring timely reviews and efficient documentation for campaigns, partner programs, and investments.
* Reporting: Deliver clear and insightful reporting on portfolio performance, sales data, and market trends using strong Excel proficiency to structure, analyze, and present data effectively.
* Demand Planning: Support demand planning processes to align supply and demand for VC and Personal Workspace solutions.
Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis:
* Market Analysis: Lead efforts to gather competitive intelligence, using tools such as Excel to capture and analyze trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Insights Translation: Collaborate with country teams to tailor global strategies for local markets and leverage competitive insights to inform campaign planning.
* Portfolio Optimization: Identify opportunities for product range optimization and lifecycle management, using analysis to highlight key recommendations for enhancement.
Collaboration and Commercial Execution:
* Sales Support: Work closely with country leaders, Marketing Managers, and Account Managers to plan and execute local campaigns and programs.
* Cross-Regional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between country teams by sharing insights & best practices and scaling successful initiatives across customers, channels, and regions.
* KPIs and Metrics: Establish, oversee, and use Excel analytics to track performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
Advocacy and Representation:
* Stakeholder Management: Act as a contact point for commercial aspects with country teams, coordinating performance updates and market reviews.
* Brand Ambassador: Advocate for Logitech’s portfolio of business solutions while driving brand value in the B2B space.
* Travel and Engagement: Engage country teams via scheduled virtual meetings and in-market visits (~30% travel) to reinforce alignment and collaboration.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
To succeed in this management position, you'll bring the following qualifications and capabilities:
Experience and Expertise:
* Professional Background:
o 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, category management, or a related field in a B2B or technology-oriented environment.
o Proven ability to manage reporting processes, internal workflows, and competitive intelligence gathering.
* Excel Proficiency:
o Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, financial modeling, pivot tables, charts, and formula usage.
o Experience using Excel and Tableau for detailed reporting, performance tracking, and operational insights is essential.
* Analytical and Operational Skills:
o Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
o Familiarity with tools such as GfK or similar for market and competitor analysis is advantageous.
o Experience in managing demand planning and tracking P&L performance.
* Collaboration and Communication:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
o Experience coordinating teams and projects within a matrixed organization.
Knowledge and Technical Understanding:
* Familiarity with technology products for business use, such as video conferencing solutions and personal workspace tools.
* Strong interest in market trends, competition, and hybrid work dynamics affecting Logitech’s solutions.
Personal Attributes:
* Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful in managing multiple priorities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
* Relevant education in related field is preferred.
